Great location to a tram station very close to the hotel. Just 20 min walk to downtown. Functional and compact room with coffee, a balcony, and electric outlets...

The view was good, the service was incredible. The room was new-fashioned, compact and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and extremely polite, helped with any issues.

For us it was perfectly located to either walk or take public transportation to the center. We were close to to the important museums. Our stay was quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the center and yet felt very close. Staff was really nice!!!

Just a personal thing, but I disliked the bathroom. The washbasins, towels and toiletries were outside it - I'd have preferred something integral. I also found the high-tech nature of the bathroom a bit confusing for a short stay - lots of levers/switches and a jacuzzi I certainly didn't need (didn't notice it when I booked). And there was the background noise of running water at times, which seemed to come from behind a grill in the shower. The shower had no tray. And the bathroom in general had a 'drainy' smell.

Excellent location. Very near the museums - less than 5 minutes away. Trams and buses to city centre and airport (the 197 bus from airport drops you right at the end of the road and is cheap and quick) are similarly close. Hotel is smart and pleasant and the beds are huge and comfortable.

It is located in Jan Luken Straat (Street) which is a very quiet road and area surrounded by designer shops and residential homes. It is on the route 5,2 & 13 trams amongst others. They go from each end of the street every few minutes into the City Centre. The Hotel is quiet, modern and well appointed. Large tv & dvd player in the room. Nice bathroom... Ours had a jacuzzi bath and tv at the end. Polite staff and secure. You need a room key to access the hotel reception area. Ask for a room on 2,3 or 4th floors. They do have basement rooms so make sure you don't get one of those. All in All... Very relaxed atmosphere in a quiet district but only 5 mins on the tram. Top Tip... Buy a tram pass!!! Fab! You get them by the hour or like us, a 72 hour pass for 16 Euro. Buses, Trams, Boats, Metro... Fab value. Don't even think about driving in Amsterdam! Enjoy.

Nothing much.. Could have been a few more toiletries provided and on the second day, our room was not made up until after 4pm. Except that, a great little hotel for a short city break.

modern no nonsens design

Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Room was amazing space and very clean. You can take a trum only one minute. Also it takes only one minute walk to Van Gogh Museum. Lovation was fabulous.

View from window was not good and corridor was so narrow and hot.

Had a lovely stay! The room was super clean and spacious, and I really enjoyed relaxing in the garden area during my downtime. The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty at times, but that didn't overshadow the great experience overall 😊

A beautifully designed boutique hotel in a fabulous location and very friendly staff. Would definately stay there again!
